White Label

White Label runs Ticket Nexus under your own bot, with its own name and avatar, in your server. Everything else works the same, including /ticket-dashboard and the web dashboard. It needs a White Label license.

Setting it up

  1. Create an application in the Discord Developer Portal. On its Bot tab:

    • turn on Server Members Intent and Message Content Intent (the bot can't connect without them), and
    • copy the token.

Use a Discord account you'll keep; the dashboard checks that you own this application.

  2. Open White label on the web dashboard.

  3. Paste the bot token and your server ID. Optionally set a bot name and upload an avatar.

  4. Save. Once it's verified, use the Invite bot to your server button on the same page.

Your bot comes online within about five minutes, then applies the name and avatar you chose.

Good to know

  • One White Label bot serves one server.
  • If you reset the token in the Developer Portal, paste the new one on the White label page. The page shows Token invalid until you do.
  • Your token is stored encrypted and is never shown again after you save it.
  • Disconnect bot on the White label page stops your bot.
