Commands & Permissions

All commands are server-only (they cannot be used in DMs). Staff means an Administrator, a member with a See-All Role, a member with a support role (global, or the category's own roles), or — for the commands marked elevated — a member with an Elevated Role.

Ticket commands

Run these inside a ticket channel or thread.

Command Options Who can use it What it does
/add user Staff; the ticket owner if Ticket Owners Can Add Members is on Gives a user access to the ticket.
/remove user Staff or the ticket owner Removes a user's access, even if they'd otherwise see the ticket through a support role. The ticket owner can't be removed, and owners can't remove staff. Administrators (and, in threads, anyone with Manage Threads) can still see every ticket; the bot tells you when that's the case.
/move category (autocomplete) Staff Moves the ticket to another category and swaps its access to that category's support roles. Staff who can't handle the new category lose access, and the claim is released if the claimer is one of them. Channel tickets only — threads can't be moved.
/rename name Staff Renames the channel. The ticket number/suffix is kept automatically.
/unclaim — Staff Releases a claimed ticket. Requires claiming to be enabled and the ticket to be claimed.
/close reason (required) Administrators and Elevated Roles Closes the ticket right away after a confirmation prompt.
/closerequest reason, time (hours) Staff Schedules the ticket to close after the delay. The owner or staff can press Deny to cancel.
/reopen — Staff Restores a closed ticket's status from inside its channel. See Closing & Reopening.
