Before asking, check Troubleshooting and Common Issues. Most problems are a missing permission or a department without a channel.

What to include

  • What you did, and what you expected to happen.
  • The exact error text Discord or the bot showed you (a screenshot is perfect).
  • Whether it affects channel tickets, thread tickets, or both.
  • Your server's ID, if the problem is with one server.
