Introduction

Ticket Nexus gives your Discord server private support tickets. Members pick a department, answer a few questions, and get a private channel or thread with your staff. You set it up with /ticket-dashboard in Discord or from the web dashboard.

Features at a glance

  • Set up from Discord or the web — /ticket-dashboard and the web dashboard edit the same settings, and every change saves straight away.
  • Departments — up to 25, each with its own Discord category (or thread channel), staff roles, intake questions, channel naming, and welcome message.
  • Channel or thread tickets — choose private channels or private threads for each department.
  • Two panel styles — a classic embed with one Create Ticket button, or the newer layout with a button for each department.
  • Claiming and closing — an optional claim button, instant /close for senior staff, /closerequest with a delay for everyone else, and auto-close for inactive tickets.
  • Reopen by number — bring back a closed ticket with /reopen ticket:<number>, even after its channel was deleted.
  • Transcripts — every closed ticket keeps a full transcript, posted to your log channel and optionally DMed to the member. Read them on the web dashboard too.
  • Stats — first response time, resolution time, and ticket counts with /stats or on the web dashboard.
