Quick Start
Get a working ticket panel live in about five minutes. You need the Manage Server permission, and the bot must already be in your server (see Adding the Bot).
TIP
Prefer a browser? The web dashboard covers every step below, with channel and role pickers. See Web Dashboard.
Steps
- Open the dashboard. Run
/ticket-dashboardin the channel where you want the panel to appear. - Set support roles. Open ๐ก๏ธ Staff & Roles and pick roles under Manage Support Roles โ the roles you pick can see and manage tickets. See Support Roles.
- Set a log channel. Open โ๏ธ Ticket Settings and use the log channel dropdown so closed-ticket transcripts have somewhere to go.
- Add a category. Go to ๐ Manage Categories โ โ Add Category and name your department (for example "Support").
- Point it at Discord. In the category editor, choose ๐ Set Category Channel and pick the Discord category where ticket channels should be created.
- Deploy. Return to the main dashboard and click ๐ Deploy Ticket Panel.
Members can now open tickets from the panel.
Good to know
- Every dashboard change is saved instantly. Changes made in Discord reach the live panel when you deploy again, or on its automatic refresh every 30 minutes. Changes made on the web dashboard update it straight away.
- You can deploy the panel in several channels โ they all share one configuration.
- To move the panel, run
/ticket-dashboardin the new channel and deploy again.
